Blue Collar Staffing — FAQ
Who employs the workers?
Hourly workers are employed by a licensed Polish temporary work agency that we work with. Bizky is your single English-speaking point of contact and handles the whole process.
Can you provide workers from outside the EU?
Yes. We recruit in Poland and abroad and handle work permits and legalisation of stay for non-EU workers.
How quickly can workers start?
It depends on the role, location and whether legalisation is needed. Typically [X] days for workers already in Poland. We confirm timing in the quote.
How is the hourly rate calculated?
The rate covers the worker’s gross pay, ZUS contributions, taxes and our fee. You pay only for hours actually worked.
What if a worker leaves?
We replace them. Replacement terms are set in your agreement.
