You don’t have to worry about accounting, ZUS contributions, or tax formalities – we take care of everything for you. Unlike running a business, with Bizky, you only pay when you earn, without fixed company maintenance costs.

Invoices issued through Bizky display our details as the seller and your details as the service provider.

Bizky Freelance is for people who want to settle their work, but do not want to run a business. Our services are used by people who bill additional assignments, and who regularly bill their work through Bizky. We suggest the Freelance option for freelancers, and the Freelance Prime option for people who regularly invoice their orders, or want to run a mini business with Bizky.

In Bizky Freelance, the fee is commission based on the invoice amount.

In Bizky Freelance Prime the monthly fee is 349 PLN, there are no additional invoice commissions.

Yes, at Bizky you can invoice both Polish and foreign customers. We handle international billing, and invoices are in accordance with current regulations, making it easier to work with customers from different countries.

Yes, Bizky has been on the market since 2004, previously under the name Academic Business Incubators. Thus, we were the first business incubator in Poland, so we have the most experience in supporting people who want to settle and run companies without a business.

In the Bizky Freelance option, the money will be paid automatically to the account number you provided in advance within 24 hours after the contractor pays the invoice.

In Bizky Freelance Prime, you can settle expenses and reduce taxes, so you decide when you want to withdraw the funds yourself. To do so, all you need to do is have the system issue a work contract, or an assignment agreement. Withdrawals are made daily, so the funds will be paid within 24 hours of the order.

No. By registering with Bizky you automatically accept our terms and conditions, we do not need any additional agreements.

If you want to conclude a B2B contract with a client through Bizky it is possible under Bizky Freelance Prime.

Yes. In Bizky Freelance you only pay when you invoice, so you can cancel at any time.

The Bizky Freelance Prime subscription has a one-month notice period due to the need for us to settle your finances in Bizky.

Yes, you can be insured by billing under Bizky Freelance Prime. Such a desire simply needs to be reported to your supervisor so that we will report you to the National Health Service.

No. We are the ones responsible for the IRS settlements and Social Security filings. Being in Bizky, you will receive a PIT11 from us at the end of the year.

Yes. In Bizky Freelance Prime you can maintain a foreign currency account for 60zł per month.

By settling through Bizky, you get access to a sub-account that will receive payments for invoices and your sales. Proceeds from the sub-account will be paid on a contractual basis.

Yes, legal support is available at Bizky Freelance Prime. You can ask your legal counsel for advice, preparation of a B2B contract, preparation of website regulations and more.

To issue an invoice, you need to register with Bizky Freelance or Bizky Freelance Prime, depending on your chosen plan. After registration, the system will guide you to fill in your personal details. Then, select the “Add contract” option and enter the assignment details.
